Support

Get help with emisar.

Team includes email support. Enterprise includes email support and a shared Slack channel. You'll find your support links in the console. Free is self-serve, with documentation for setup and troubleshooting.

Billing and account access

For billing or account-access problems on any plan, email support@emisar.dev.

Team and Enterprise customers can also use this address for product support.

Documentation

Start with the documentation for connection and runner setup, or the troubleshooting guide to work through a problem.

What to include

  • Your account name or workspace address
  • The runner name and version, when relevant
  • The time of the problem, including your timezone
  • The run or operation ID and the exact redacted error
  • What you expected to happen

The full checklist — component versions, the UTC window, emisar doctor output, and what to redact before you attach anything — is in troubleshooting, which also shows whether the answer is a page away.

Keep secrets out of email

Do not send API keys, OAuth tokens, session cookies, private keys, runner enrollment keys, cloud credentials, or raw output that may contain secrets. Revoke anything sensitive that was exposed before contacting us.

Security reports

Report a suspected vulnerability or credential exposure privately to security@emisar.dev. For our disclosure process and supported versions, read the security policy .

If a credential of yours has leaked, contain it first and mail us second — the order that preserves evidence while it revokes authority is security incidents.
